Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the MDVault platform. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Digital Goods — No Refund After Access
MDVault sells digital content (study notes delivered as page images). Because digital goods are made available immediately upon payment and cannot be "returned", all sales are final once the content has been accessed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and consent to immediate delivery, waiving any right of return or cancellation under applicable consumer protection rules to the extent permitted by law.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased content due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
- Your payment was captured but the content was not available or had significantly fewer pages than described.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@mdvault.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered mobile number
- The name of the note purchased
- The Razorpay payment ID (found in your purchase confirmation)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time. We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternate payment methods.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment fails but your bank or UPI account was debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by Razorpay. If it is not reversed within this period, please contact us at support@mdvault.in.
